LWVNCSD Submits Public Comment to Encinitas City Council on Surplus Land Declaration

The League is pleased to support the resolution to declare surplus land at 634 Quail Gardens Drive for a 100 percent affordable housing project. This action is consistent with the League's Housing Action Plan which supports policies that create a sufficient supply of affordable housing for people of all income levels.
