Continued tracking of proposed legislation that could impact the exit of Fallbrook Public Utility District (FPUD) and Fallbrook Municipal Water District (RMWD) from the San Diego County Water Authority.

learning from Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO) about the Municipal Special District Sphere of Influence and Service Review (MSR) process. LAFCO recently began the MSR for County Water Authority (CWA) and the committee will continue to track.

a presentation from an International Boundary Water Commission (IBWC) representative on the current status of the planned Tijuana River Wastewater Treatment Plant upgrades and expansion.
