The League of Women Voters of San Diego and the League of Women Voters of North County San Diego take a NEUTRAL position on Measure A, A Transparent, Accountable Modern County Government, which would make changes to the structure of County government.
While the LWV has strong positions that support transparency and accountability, this measure puts several important changes into one initiative which makes it confusing for the voter to understand.
Given the conflicting League positions, the two Leagues have a NEUTRAL stance.
