Join us for a casual meeting at the Lagoon. 
We will look at the LWVUS President's Letter to Congress.
And we will discuss the Federal Judiciary Study .
And we will do this in the ambience of the Lagoon with beverages and light snacks.
Wine, beer, sparkling beverages, and light snacks will be served.
We will be outside, dress for the weather.
