St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church Will Sponsor August 10 Event Moderated by LWVNCSD
ENCINITAS, Calif. – July 27, 2024 – Candidates running in the Encinitas mayoral race in this November's general election are scheduled to take part in a Candidate Forum sponsored by St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church Faith in Action Ministry. The live event will take place Saturday, August 10, 2024 at 6:00PM in the parish hall of St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church, 890 Balour Drive, in Encinitas. Both candidates, Bruce Ehlers and Tony Kranz, have confirmed their attendance.
Moderated by the League of Women Voters of North County San Diego (LWVNCSD), these candidate forums are strictly non-partisan and are structured with trained facilitators to provide a fair and impartial platform for the public to hear directly from candidates about their qualifications, positions, priorities, and plans. Candidates will have equal time for opening and closing statements as well as time to respond to questions submitted by the audience.
The public is invited to take this opportunity to hear from the candidates and learn where they stand on issues of importance.
