LWVNCSD and LWVSD Support Pilot Program for Shared Housing to Assist Seniors at Risk of Homelessness

We urge the Board of Supervisors to adopt Supervisor Anderson's recommendation to direct the Chief Administrative Officer to develop a shared housing program, coordinated by the County, for assisting seniors at risk of homelessness. The League supports programs and policies to assist meeting the basic needs of those who are homeless or are at risk of becoming homeless.
