Factory-built housing is an alternative to the traditional stick built method that has been used for many years. Sometimes called modular housing, it offers potential for significantly reducing housing costs. It can be built much more quickly than traditional housing. The webinar is a followup to the February 25th webinar on housing, but can be seen alone as well. The speakers will explore what the San Diego is doing to facilitate factory built housing and show examples of actual factory built projects in San Diego.
